DARKEST HOUR: 'Demon(s)' Video Posted Online
September 7, 2007"Demon(s)", the new video from Washington D.C.-based metal band DARKEST HOUR, has been posted online at Headbanger's Blog. The clip was shot in a junkyard in Bowie, Maryland and the first day of the shoot singer John Henry suffered a painful bike spill and separated his shoulder. Pumped up on Vicodin, he probably had far more fun on the second day of the shoot.
The song comes from the band's most recent album, "Deliver Us", which came out in July. The long-awaited follow-up to 2005's "Undoing Ruin" was recorded at the Warehouse in Vancouver, Canada.
Starting in November, DARKEST HOUR guitarist Kris Norris will be offering online video lessons for $50 per each one-hour lesson. However, due to time constraints he will only be accepting a limited number of students. The first 100 to e-mail him at [email protected] will be accepted and sent their invitation code. Please post the subject as "Video Lessons Submission." The lessons will be based upon a lesson plan that the two of you will devise together before the actual lessons start. Requirements for the video lessons are a cable modem connection or greater and a webcam with software to render video.
